Fun and camaraderie is your goal! Injury is a bummer because FOMO is a b*tch! You may even love rocking bling at a race. Keeping up with the crew & covering distance is tough, but you’re up for pushing the pace every now and then too ;)

 
FIERCE RUNNER

 

You’re fearlessly exploring and pushing boundaries. You’re curious about going higher, farther, and faster. Pushing hard makes you feel strong. You need an efficient plan to maximize your success while respecting your other commitments.

Just so you know, I am a bit of both. I like to train HAPPY, and RACE FIERCE!

do i need a running coach?

Running better is different for everybody. Whether you’re wanting to get your best marathon time, or just run without pain, from nailing the basics to fine tuning your skills - learning to run better can help anyone. 

 

So how do you know if you need a coach?  

Coaching is for those who love running and want to run better. And it’s for those who *want* to love running but aren’t sure how to go about it safely and comfortably. And for those who’ve seen tons of advice online that just doesn’t “click” for them.  And for those who are rebounding from an injury, setback or hiatus. And for those busy people who are juggling a job, family and big goals. 

With my 1:1 approach I’ll really listen to your needs, goals and constraints- together we’ll craft a plan that fits YOU and develop your skills so you run better.
