My goal for each of our sessions together is for you to take away a new feeling or skill. You will know how BETTER feels, how to make your body execute it, and how to recognize when you're NOT doing it.

In-person interactive running session where we run and drill together.
Convenient “Bluetooth” sessions that are interactive via phone.
Planning and analysis: a non-running session! We zoom/phone collaborate to figure out a running issue or planning your season, maybe a race review.
All include a dynamic race-prep plan to structure your running to prepare for a particular race or distance, as well as unlimited access to me via text or email.

Choosing your coach is very personal. It’s important you find the right fit - experience is key, of course. But more importantly your coach should hear and understand YOU. Consider a coach who understands what it’s like to struggle with some aspect of running. Your body, goals and challenges are unique to you; so your “running toolbox” will reflect that. Choose the coach who will help you build the tools you need to get where you want to go.
