Running with others can boost motivation and consistency, maybe even add a bit of energy for that last rep! :D I love exploring neighborhoods and experimenting with different track workouts, so bring your sense of humor, we can share in the discovery!
I host community runs &/or clinics to help runners tune-in to specific paces or skills. These are typically in the East Honolulu area, but I move around!
Track Workout - Every other week, Monday morning 6:00am, Kalani High school track.
Interval workouts to challenge pacing skills.
Weekend Run - Every other week, Saturday morning 6:30am, Paki parking lot in Kapiolani Park (and other spots).
Clinics/Workshops - Once per quarter, deep-dive focused on a specific topic, such as pacing for races or how to do strides.
